eCom are looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales Development Representative to join our existing Sales team. Acting as a Sales, Business development and marketing representative you will be involved in Organizing, managing and developing contacts, accounts, leads and opportunities for both existing and new accounts.

Place calls to Customers in line with marketing campaigns
Connect and interact with prospective customers through phone, email, chat and social media
Provide product knowledge and develop business relationships with prospective customers
Identify and qualify leads
Manage, track and report on all sales activities in CRM
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results driven.
Be able to demonstrate and deliver strong customer service
Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers to promote business and sales
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and their technical departments
Have excellent communication skills
Demonstrable sales/marketing experience
Working knowledge of CRM tools
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft programs. Excel, Word, etc.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and react appropriately under pressure
